Clean Out The Toxins That Have Accumulated In Your Body

 

Your body in innundated with toxins on a daily basis.  These toxins have been willing taken by our society:  vaccines, nonprescription and prescription drugs, chemical additives in our food, and chemicals added to our water.  The very air we breath to sustain our life carries in it harmful pollutants!

 

These toxins cause illness and disease, so it stands to reason that removing the toxins from your body will help eliminate the diseases and illnesses that are attacking you!

 

  1. Get 15 colonics in 30 days.
  2. Do a complete colon cleanse. 
  3. Do a liver/gallbladder cleanse. 
  4. Do a kidney/bladder cleanse.
  5. Do a heavy metal cleanse. 
  6. Do a parasite cleanse. 
  7. Do a candida cleanse.
  8. Do a full-body fat/lymphatic cleanse.
  9. Drink eight full glasses of pure water daily.
  10. Use a rebounder (mini trampoline) ten minutes a day.
  11. Walk one hour a day.
  12. Stretch the muscles and tendons in your body.
  13. Practice deep breathing.
