A couple of weeks ago, a friend of mine dropped in to my office to share some of her Dark Chocolate and Cappuccino Covered Goji Berries. She always tries new stuff out on me.
I tried one of each. They were sooooooooo good! Yummy! Couldn't decide which was the best (cappuccino won out though).
After she left, I started thinking that if you had just a few a day, helping to control my hunger and helping to actually control CRAVINGS, they would be a great aid in my losing weight and increasing energy. So, now instead of reaching for a snack -- chips, crackers, etc., I reach for just one cappuccino covered berry -- savoring the incredible taste, and know that I'm assisting my "free radical absorbing policeman" even more! I didn't know that increasing my antioxidant levels could be so satisfying!
Thanks,
Eileen from Idaho

Dear folks whom it may concern,
When I'm trying to judge the quality of a superfood, I ask myself to what degree that food duplicates the energy effects of a large, well-planned, organic food meal which has just been digested. In other words, to what degree is the superfood concentrated, without losing any parts of the nutritional spectrum?
Nothing I've ever eaten meets that standard as well as Goji berries do. Thanks for the product.
Sincerely yours, Don Sims
Dear Extreme Health,
I am writing to share my Goji Berry Story with you. I have been overweight my entire life. I am 42. At age 18, I weighed 226 pounds. I began losing weight and by age 26 I was maintaining at 140. It has been very difficult to lose any more weight and keep it off. I would lose 3 pounds, then gain 5, lose 2, for the past 16 years.
Two weeks ago my acupuncturist gave me some Wild Tibetan Goji Berries. I had told him that I needed a snack food for throughout the day to help me avoid eating too many wheat thin crackers. I was consuming 2 crackers about 8 times a day. The crackers only made me crave other snacks which I did not eat but was feeling tempted.
I started eating the goji berries 12-15 at a time four times a day. After two weeks I now weigh my goal weight of 128. I was at a plateau with my weight loss at 140. The goji berries are very satisfying and I have no cravings after I eat just 12-15. My energy level is higher also. Before I exercise I will eat 12-15 berries and my exercise session goes much more smoothly. I am not hunting for my stamina during my exercise session since I began eating the goji berries!!!
Sincerely, D.S.
There are over 40 different varieties of the Goji Berry found throughout the world. The Himalayan or Tibetan berry is noted for purity and grown in ancient soils free of pollutants or pesticides. The Tibetan Goji Berry should not be mistaken for the Chinese Wolfberry which can be loaded with pesticides and can be highly sulfured and irradiated. Experts consider the Tibetan berry to be the most potent on the planet…so enjoy a hand full of our Extreme Goji Berries!
