  11. Drink the “magic juices”.
  12. Take a whole food supplement daily.
  13. Get an oxygen water cooler. 
  14. Take digestive enzymes. 
  15. Use organic sea salt.
  16. Eat organic dark chocolate.
  17. Take an omega-3 supplement.
  18. Eat snacks.
  19. Add hot peppers to all your food.
